What do foreigners bring to Bulgaria?

Migrants Got Talent is a national media campaign that aims is to overcome negative stereotypes about migrants and refugees in Bulgaria. Moreover, the campaign spotlights their unique talents, strengths, and contributions they bring to the country, while empowering them to come out into the public space with their own unique voice. The campaign aims to "normalize" their presence in society - in the field of arts, cooking, business, sports, beauty, travel, lifestyle, etc. - and with the help of over 30 media partners and 360 publications throughout the country to reach the widest possible audience with the message: Migrants Got Talent. The project is a natural continuation of the 8-year work of Multi Kulti, incl. in the field of media campaigns in support of diversity, relying on a two-folded approach - publications in the media, but also live events throughout the country. Using appealing elements from popular TV formats, the campaign plans to closely collaborate with a range of media, providing professional communication materials created by media professionals, journalism students and migrants and refugees themselves (text, photo, video, audio, illustrations), as well as connecting media with suitable migrants (for TV and radio). The project will benefit the migrants and refugees themselves, who will have the opportunity to become the center of attention and shine with their talents; the media, which will receive fresh quality content; as well as the general public, who will be enriched through media publications and live events.
