Inspired by the #BeTheChange Workshop in Sofia on 27 April 2018 in Caramel.bg, three of the participants – Kamelia Halil, Raya Raeva and Diana Mladenova, organized a culinary workshop attended by 20 participants. The had the simple idea: food brings people together so that’s why they invited people from different nationalities living in Sofia to bring their favourite national dishes and share them with others. The participants were mainly from the Balkans and the Middle East – a small and curious group who spoke for hours about culture, traveling, experience, ideas.
